Job Summary
Oversee all laundry operations by supervising specialists, preparing daily schedules, and enforcing safety and quality standards. Conduct weekly chemical inventory, manage supplier orders, and maintain wash metrics under 3.0% rewashes and 1.20% irregulars. Audit wash formulas, calibrate equipment, and resolve quality issues through test loads and 8-step problem-solving projects. Balance workflow between facilities, coordinate with development and engineering teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize process flow and reduce costs. Requires on-site presence with daily travel between facilities, overtime availability, and physical lifting up to 40 lbs. Bachelor's degree in supply chain or engineering with five years of industrial laundry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of industrial laundry/sewing experience
- Available to work overtime as necessary
- Daily travel between facilities required
- Physical lifting (approximately 40 lbs.)
- On-Site location: Associate will work on-site for all work-related activities
