Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipment; supervise staff; ensure inventory accuracy; audit goods received; coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values; collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues; assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment; participate in hiring, firing, and performance reviews; lead day-to-day activities and provide technical guidance on complex issues; ensure overtime is maintained within the budget; contribute to space utilization and equipment protection; support processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff
- At least 3 years warehouse experience
