Supervises nursing care on MedSurg/Tele units during the night shift, plans and coordinates patient care, mentors licensed staff and support personnel, directs discharge planning, ensures compliance with clinical standards, and coordinates with physicians and Unit Director; requires RN license, BLS, and 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing resources and communicating with a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Education Required - Registered nurse diploma
- Preferred - Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing
- Work Experience Required - 2 years relevant experience
- Certifications Required - Current RN License in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
