Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate operations of assigned cost centers to ensure accurate and timely services are provided to customers. Provide direct supervision and leadership to staff, managing a team of 10 employees. Maintain familiarity with imaging equipment and all patient care equipment while demonstrating appropriate computer skills. Work under pressure to complete deadlines, utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Requires current BLS certification and licensure in a Radiology modality such as ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS. Must hold two years of Radiology, Interventional Lab, or Cardiovascular Lab experience, or equivalent supervisory experience. Full-time M-F 7a-3:30p schedule available in Jacksonville.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology discipline, Cardiovascular discipline, or relative on-the-job training (i.e. Military)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure to complete deadlines
- Demonstrate appropriate computer skills
- Familiar with imaging equipment and all other patient care equipment
- Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Credentialed, certified, or licensed in a Radiology modality such as ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, or CCI (RCIS, etc.)
- 2 years of Radiology, Interventional Lab, or Cardiovascular Lab experience
- Supervisory experience
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Five (5) years as a radiological technologist
- Over three (3) years in a supervisory role within radiology
- Certified in two (2) different Radiology modalities through ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS
