Job Summary
Plan and assign workforce activities to ensure smooth daily operations while supervising operators for compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Respond promptly to operational issues, coordinate corrective actions, and monitor production progress to achieve delivery commitments and output targets. Perform people management responsibilities including work instruction, performance monitoring, coaching, and skills development. Promote 5S, EHS, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence. Collect and report operational data to support management decision-making while facilitating cross-functional communication. Lead by example in frontline operations, problem analysis, and team engagement to foster a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Over 6 months of practical experience in transportation dispatching, logistics management, and concurrently performing driving duties
- Commercial Driver's License (over 11 tons requested)
- Proficient in vehicle dispatching logic and scheduling practices
- Deep knowledge of facility and regional routes
- Excellent executive and client interaction skills
- Ability to adapt flexibly in high-pressure and fast-changing environments
- Committed to a hands-on management approach
- Demonstrated capability to balance on-site execution and team supervision simultaneously
