Supv, Production (1st Shift)

Ensure team safety by enforcing standards and maintaining a clean, secure work environment. Achieve production objectives through planning that meets schedules and delivers high-quality products. Supervise daily activities, set priorities, and lead a team of staff members. Apply hands-on experience in industrial electrical, mechanical, and compressed gas systems to resolve technical and operational problems. Manage staff selection, performance, development, and training to ensure competency. Maintain necessary production records and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. Direct technical efforts to meet targets using strong leadership and interpersonal skills. This 1st Shift role (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) supports Applied Composites, a leading provider of complex composite components for aerospace, defense, and space markets.
