Job Summary
Manage and control the flow of supplies and equipment from acquisition to disposition, overseeing supply processing, distribution, purchasing, receiving, and inventory management. Direct adherence to state, accreditation, and organizational guidelines while managing department budgets, capital budgets, and group purchasing agreements. Review and analyze departmental operations reports to ensure budget adherence and participate in designated hospital committees. Requires three to five years of experience as a healthcare materials management supervisor with strong planning and organizing skills. Full-time day shift position with competitive compensation ranging from $25.65 to $37.15.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years experience as a Supervisor in health care materials management
- Management skills of planning, organizing, prioritizing and staffing
- Computer skills
- Working knowledge of logistics, business ethics, math and business management
