Job Summary
Converting Supervisor will oversee safe, efficient production in the Corrugated Container facility. Responsibilities include communicating performance expectations to meet targets, supervising machine productivity and quality, coaching and mentoring team members, conducting safety briefs, monitoring KPIs and plant scorecard, managing shift workforce and attendance, and coordinating with cross-functional areas. Requires HS diploma/GED; 3+ years of converting supervisory experience; Lean/Six Sigma certification; strong problem-solving, communications, and coaching skills; willingness to work multiple shifts; experience in operations/manufacturing/supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED – Required
- 3+ years of converting supervisory experience in a packaging facility – Required
- Lean environment experience; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Operations Management – Preferred
- Proven experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to coach and train employees
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts
