Production Supervisor responsible for safety program participation, shift safety/production meetings, and ensuring pulp production meets quality and quantity targets. Leads coordination with maintenance, ensures safe operation of Powerhouse, and oversees daily shift reports, communication with other mill areas, and safety compliance. Supervises crew, assigns tasks, and maintains housekeeping. Requires knowledge of turbines, boilers, water treatment, electrical and steam distribution, and general pulp/paper making; strong supervisory and communication skills; BS in engineering preferred; 5+ years in pulp & paper with 2-5 years supervisory experience. The role emphasizes safety leadership, operational reliability, and collaboration with external suppliers to ensure continuous mill operation.
