Job Summary
Production Supervisor – Converting in Lancaster, PA overseeing shift operations, coaching maintenance staff, and driving safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost control; acts as first point of contact for operators on mechanical issues; supports continuous improvement, coordinates with other departments, tracks KPIs, maintains safety/regulatory adherence, and develops staff through coaching and performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- 3 to 4 years of related experience (required)
- Experience supervising maintenance/production staff or similar leadership role
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Ability to input and monitor KPIs and data-driven metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with lean manufacturing concepts (preferred: Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)
- Knowledge of JDE/AS/400 (preferred)
