Job Summary
Night-shift Shift Supervisor for manufacturing operations in Eutaw, AL, ensuring timely production of quality products and compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and SQF. Lead and coach the team, manage crewing of machines, and drive departmental metrics for Productivity, Safety, Quality, and Waste. Reports to Plant Manager and supports Performance Excellence by maintaining procedures, 5S, and housekeeping. Requires Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field, 5-7 years of leadership in a converting facility or manufacturing, 3-5 years as a manager/supervisor, strong MS Office/AS400 knowledge, and the ability to conduct drug screening after a conditional offer.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Management or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a converting facility or manufacturing in general
- 3-5 years of experience serving as a manager or supervisor in a converting facility
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of MS Office and Plant Floor Systems (AS400)
- Drug screening after conditional job offer and pre-employment requirements
