Oversee daily operations of an Orlando Health Physician Group Practice site, including personnel supervision, compliance, facility management, patient scheduling, and business reporting. Manage physician clients for efficient, cost-effective clinical operations while assisting in policy development, project implementation, and practice strategy growth. Handle hiring, work assignments, coaching, and disciplinary actions for staff. Provide department-level orientation to new team members on systems, protocols, and procedures. Generate management reports for physicians and administration regarding practice planning and marketing. Maintain regular attendance and ensure adherence to all Orlando Health policies, ADA, and FMLA standards. Requires three years in a physician office setting.
