Supv Manufacturing II (Wed-Sat 6:00AM-4:30PM)

Coordinate day-to-day activities of a production team to ensure manufacturing operations meet volume, cost, and quality targets. Monitor output volume and quality, adjusting tasks, timing, and equipment setups to maintain specifications and resource efficiency. Supervise staff to ensure safe operation of all machines and equipment while training new workers on organizational procedures and standards. Prepare production reports to identify and resolve performance problems. Manage work and people scheduling, performance management, and hiring recommendations for the assigned operational area.
