Job Summary
Supervisor Electric Services responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing electrical equipment inspection and testing across substations and related facilities, defining budgets and coordinating maintenance, construction, and outage responses; leads multiple workgroups, ensures regulatory compliance, and applies Lean methods to improve substation operations. Requires strong technical knowledge in electric transmission/distribution, substation switching/clearance, and ability to manage projects, personnel, and safety programs; engages with internal/external customers and interfaces with various teams to ensure reliable service and outage response. Requires Bachelor’s (or equivalent) and supervisory/operational experience as detailed in qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical, Engineering, or Construction with 2 years of supervisory, operations or construction experience
- Associate's Degree in Technical, Engineering, or Construction with 4 years of supervisory, operations or construction experience
- High School Diploma with 6 years of supervisory, operations or construction experience
