Job Summary
Supervise daily activities of operations or business staff within Customer Order Management, coordinating and supervising the execution of contracts, orders, and problem resolution. Act as the team’s point of contact (POC) for leadership and escalation; ensure adherence to policies and procedures, guide problem solving and dispute resolution, interact with subordinates, customers, and cross-functional peers, and contribute to process improvement in healthcare operations (including insurance verification, prior authorization, and medical documentation). Preferred experience includes POC ownership and leading in a hybrid setup at Bonifacio Global City, Manila. The role may require aligning with US hours. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year on current role
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Knowledge of Healthcare Operations—specifically Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, and Medical Documentation
- Willing to work US hours in a hybrid set-up in BGC
