Assist the invasive cardiologist and/or vascular surgeon in the performance of invasive cardiac and vascular procedures. Share responsibility in the acquisition and processing of imaging and the efficient operation of equipment in the interventional and endovascular labs. Participate in hemodynamic monitoring, scrubbing, and circulating duties while directing and guiding workflow throughout the department. Oversee payroll and time and attendance for assigned staff, including monitoring overtime and productivity. Organize time, inventory, staffing schedules, and equipment efficiently and effectively. Participate in continuous quality improvement teams and activities to support the organization's vision, mission, and values. Maintain all CEUs required for certification and licensure. Requires a Registered Radiologic Technologist or Registered Nurse with BSN, ACLS/BCLS certification, and 3-5 years of experience.
