Job Summary
Production Supervisor for a single shift overseeing a team in assembly/production. Responsible for meeting the daily production schedule, monitoring safety and production efficiency, resolving production floor issues, tracking efficiency reports, and ensuring employees follow guidelines. Requires HS diploma or GED, 5 years of supervisory experience in corrugated manufacturing, ability to read a tape measure, strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish, and basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Word, plus corrugated software). Offer includes comprehensive training and a salary reflective of skills; drug screening after conditional offer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years supervisory experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment
- Able to read a tape measure
- Math skills
- Clear communication with employees and management
- Intermediate computer skills: Email, Excel, Word; experience with corrugated industry software (e.g., Amtech, Harry Rhodes, Kiwi)
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication ability
- Attention to detail
- Adhere to safety guidelines
