Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone and email, handling support tickets, number porting, and service mutations. Process orders and changes while coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure stable communication environments. Assist with new service implementations and proactively identify process improvements. Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored telecom and connectivity solutions. This role offers significant autonomy within a small, direct team focused on personalized service and long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheersen
- klantgericht zijn en in oplossingen denken
- gemakkelijk met klanten en collega's communiceren
- nauwkeurig werken en overzicht houden
- verantwoordelijkheid nemen en zaken zelfstandig pakken
- leergierig zijn en interesse hebben in telecom, connectiviteit en nieuwe technologie
