Job Summary
Lead internal product support and manage a motivated team through close collaboration with software development, project execution, and sales. Drive efficient solutions and seamless communication while leveraging automation technology expertise to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Expand and organize internal product training, develop continuous service quality improvements, and monitor KPIs with regular report generation. Requires five years in automation technology and two years in team leadership. Full-time role with up to two days home office per week, €8 lunch subsidy, and comprehensive benefits including climate ticket and health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Teamleitung
- Erfahrung mit Windows
- Erfahrung mit Linux
- Erfahrung mit Kommunikationsprotokollen (OPC UA etc.)
- Offene, freundliche und klare Kommunikation
- Führungskompetenz
- Erfahrung in der Teamentwicklung und -motivation
- Lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
