The Supportive Services Case Manager assists formerly homeless individuals in securing permanent housing by providing case management, community resource coordination, and contributing to community-building efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field, or Associate degree with 3 years of experience
  • At least two years experience working with a diverse population
  • Must pass background check and drug screening test

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to work well with community agencies and resources
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Current Washington State driver’s license
  • Computer experience
