Job Summary
The Supportive Services Case Manager assists formerly homeless individuals in securing permanent housing by providing case management, community resource coordination, and contributing to community-building efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field, or Associate degree with 3 years of experience
- At least two years experience working with a diverse population
- Must pass background check and drug screening test
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work well with community agencies and resources
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Current Washington State driver’s license
- Computer experience
