Job Summary
Provide training to clients in daily living skills and facilitate development of personal support systems within the community. Assist clients in creating recreational activities, perform bimonthly apartment inspections, and provide skills training on household management. Coordinate delivery of mental health services and function as a professional staff member of a multi-disciplinary team offering comprehensive assessment and treatment services. Document according to clinical policies and procedures while maintaining work productivity standards based on assigned caseloads.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/HSE/GED
- MO Class E Driver's License
- Class D driver's license (for IL Residents)
- Proof of continuous auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Must meet CCC's Motor Vehicle Record standards policy
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of mental health or direct health care experience
