Job Summary
Provide direct tenant support in a supportive housing building serving homeless families and youth, applying Housing First and Harm Reduction philosophies. Responsibilities include tenant advocacy, maintaining progress notes and documentation, assisting tenants in obtaining health services, social services, counseling, and financial benefits, teaching or referring for independent living skills, and collaborating with the Site Director to support building operations and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable transportation
- Must pass Minnesota Background Study clearance
- Ability to read, analyze, and document for government agencies
- Effective written and verbal communication with tenants and outside agencies
- Maintain confidentiality
- Team-oriented and independent work能力
