Job Summary
Support new client admissions and start-of-care visits while providing personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene. Prepare meals, assist with daily living activities, perform light housekeeping, and support errands or transportation as needed. Monitor and report changes in client condition, maintain accurate documentation, and provide coverage for open shifts, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs. Travel throughout the assigned service area to support clients, with flexible PRN hours and paid mileage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, where required by state regulations
- Minimum six (6) months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals
- Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, Homemaker, CNA, MA, or similar certification where required
- Basic technology skills and comfort using mobile devices, apps, and electronic documentation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing assignments
- Reliable personal transportation, current registration, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical caregiving duties
- EVerify participation (after job offer is accepted and Form I-9 completed)
