Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based skill-building and care plans. Accurately record session data, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Strong patience and compassion, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn are essential. All positions start off part-time and include opportunities to gain real-world experience in ABA therapy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Reliable method of transportation.
- Minimum 6 month commitment required.
