Configure Buchhaltungssoftware for new setups and train customers on effective system usage. Document all inquiries, problems, and solutions internally while creating proposals for project requests. Collaborate with the product and development teams to improve software based on feedback, and produce user manuals, FAQs, and training materials. This role supports the Seiwert GmbH team in delivering ERP solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises using Myfactory's cloud software.
