Job Summary
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operation of the Supported Living Program, supervise and train direct support staff to ensure quality and meaningful days for persons served, participate in direct service as needed, complete documentation, communicate with families and professionals, implement ISP-driven training, ensure safe medication administration, plan client-centered activities, supervise staff training, monitor health and safety, and manage budget and bill payments for the client home. Requires supervision experience, BS preferred, and a valid driver’s license; opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- A minimum of 1 – year supervisor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Functional knowledge of basic computer skills
