Job Summary
Led responsibilities include supervising Supported Living programs across multiple homes, mentoring and training DSPs and Team Leaders, ensuring high-quality client care, documentation, and medication compliance, and coordinating with Benchmark nursing and client guardians. Role involves onboarding and ongoing staff development, monitoring client appointments, supporting staff retention initiatives, conducting weekly 1:1 check-ins with Program Coordinators and TLs, scheduling emergency drills and home maintenance coordination, and maintaining a positive workplace culture while meeting caseloads (30 HPC hours/week across homes with some weekend coverage). Requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and strong collaboration with area directors and staff to promote independence and inclusion for clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years supervision experience
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
