Supported Living Supervisor

Supervise, train, and provide guidance to Direct Support Professionals while ensuring a safe environment for individuals served. Manage staffing schedules, participate in interdisciplinary team development of Individual Support Plans, and conduct direct service. Complete daily through yearly documentation, maintain client files, and ensure monthly safety fire drills are documented. Maintain certifications, communicate repair needs, assist clients with Medicaid appointments, and coordinate professionally with families, case managers, and healthcare personnel. Full-time role with on-call rotation in Hobart, Indiana.
