Supported Living Staff

Manage and supervise residents' active treatment programs by implementing individual program plans and following prescribed activities to meet specific objectives. Initiate learning skills programs covering reading, money management, cooking, grooming, and hygiene while providing care and instruction in daily living areas such as home management, cooking, cleaning, and socialization. Monitor training progress, record data on appropriate forms, and ensure a safe environment by reminding residents of medication schedules and intervening effectively in behaviors. Assist residents in acquiring survival skills for independent living and facilitate community inclusion activities. Communicate resident needs and behavior updates to incoming staff at shift change.
