Supported Living Staff

Manage and supervise residents' active treatment programs by implementing individual plan objectives and initiating learning skills in reading, money management, cooking, and hygiene. Provide care and instruction across daily living areas including home management, cleaning, and socialization while maintaining a safe environment. Monitor medication refills, intervene in behavioral situations, and facilitate community inclusion activities. Document progress through appropriate forms and reports, communicating resident needs and behaviors to incoming staff at shift change. Attend required meetings and training sessions as directed.
