Job Summary
The SLP Coordinator leads a team of Direct Support Professionals managing a caseload of participants receiving contracted services. Responsibilities include overseeing participant support coordination, advocating for participant needs, participating in Person-centered service plan meetings, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the need to manage documents and participant goals. A valid WA drivers’ license and lifting capabilities are essential. Full-time position with a salary of $27-$30 per hour, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(K) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- WA drivers’ license and verification of good driving record, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- One-two years of administrative/office-type experience

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
