Job Summary
Provide high-quality support to young adults aged 18+ to help plan their day-to-day lives and achieve personal goals. Encourage independent tasks within the home and assist with accessing social activities and community engagements. Administer medicine and provide personal care where required, while flagging any concerns to appropriate personnel. Work a 37.5-hour week across Monday to Sunday with an average of two sleep-ins per week on a rotational rota. Live within 20 miles of Guildford or Cranleigh, as applications outside this area are disqualified. This role is part of our Supported Living service designed to nurture independence for adults with learning disabilities in Surrey.
Required Qualifications

- Confidence lone working
- An understanding of learning disabilities
- Aged 18 and above
- Right to work in the UK
- Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check
- Live within 20 miles of this role
- Willing to relocate within 20 miles of this role
Desired Qualifications
- Professional or personal experience
- Driving licence with access to a vehicle which can be used for organisational purposes
