Job Summary
Develop individual support plans promoting independent living skills, including accommodation, EET, and wellbeing. Help young people maximise income and manage rent accounts, addressing arrears to ensure optimum income. Explore proactively move-on options while supporting individuals toward independent living. Undertake housing management tasks such as preparing properties for letting and conducting health and safety checks to ensure the safety of young people, colleagues, and properties. Work within the Dispersed Housing team with a line manager role as DH Support Manager. Based near Kingsley Hall with flexibility for some working from home.
