Job Summary
Casual Supported Family Time, Transport and Mentoring Worker with Big Brown House in Dubbo, NSW. Responsibilities include assisting children/young people to maintain positive family relationships in a safe environment, supervising access visits, ensuring safety and welfare, providing safe transport to and from visits, observing and recording interactions, and supplying timely documented reports. The role supports BBH’s mentoring program to help young people build skills and resilience through targeted activities, with ongoing training and professional development offered. Benefits include an hourly rate aligned to the SCHADS Award Levels 2.1–2.2 (pending qualifications) and access to crisis support and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers’ licence and a comprehensively insured car.
- Current paid Working with Children Check.
- Clear and current National Criminal History Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
