Job Summary
Directly supervises the Peer Support and/or Supported Employment programs, oversees staff and volunteers, and supports individuals in securing employment and workforce skills. Responsible for live supervision, clinical support to KBBH clinicians, quality improvement, and program administration. Demonstrates expertise in therapy theories, risk assessment, documentation, and program coordination; requires strong supervisory and clinical leadership within an outpatient mental health setting. Focus areas include maintaining a clinical caseload, staff development, policy implementation, and collaboration across Outpatient Programs to ensure high-quality client care and program outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- QMHP
- Graduate degree in Psychology OR Graduate degree in Social Work OR Graduate degree in Behavioral Science OR Graduate degree in Recreational, Music or Art Therapy OR Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with state license OR Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy with state license
- Peer Support Specialist Mental Health Certification within first year

- Valid Oregon driver’s license
- Insurable driving record
- Certifications maintained for length of employment
- Ability to supervise, train, and provide clinical oversight
- Experience with peer support and employment programs
- Ability to manage clinical caseload and supervise staff
- Experience with quality improvement processes
- Knowledge of ethics and legal issues in mental health practice
- Cultural competence and diversity sensitivity
- Teletherapy and electronic health records proficiency
- Crisis intervention and management skills
- Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Program evaluation and outcome assessment
- Budgeting and staffing coordination
