Job Summary
The Supported Employment Specialist will provide job readiness services, job coaching, and participant development for diverse populations, facilitating job placements for young adults with disabilities. Responsibilities include maintaining stakeholder relationships, delivering job search services, communicating job expectations to clients, and maintaining participant records. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for travel within the community. Candidates must have relevant experience working with individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment, depending on educational qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities/barriers to employment required
- Associates Degree and 4 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities/barriers to employment required
- Bachelors and 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities/barriers to employment required
