Job Summary
Conduct vocational intake and orientation for members, assessing readiness and providing employment training. Solicit employers directly to develop individual job opportunities and assist with finding gainful competitive employment or volunteer roles. Maintain electronic medical records, input data, and follow through on service completions while ensuring total confidentiality per HIPAA, CARF standards, and Maryland regulations. Serve as a liaison to the business community and advocacy agencies, keeping records and providing reports to regulatory bodies. Attend staff meetings and in-house trainings as requested, with other duties assigned by the Vocational Director.
Required Qualifications

- Current CPR and First Aid
- Full valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School diploma
- 2 years' experience working with mentally ill adults
- Supported employment experience
- Familiarity with the psychosocial and vocational rehabilitation process
