Job Summary

Provide individualized employment services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or serious mental illness, including vocational assessment, job development, job placement, and coaching. Develop employer relationships and coordinate with treatment teams to ensure services comply with agency policies and funding requirements. Assist participants with resume development, interview preparation, and skills training while monitoring progress and maintaining accurate documentation. Complete all required reports and billing within timeframes. Maintain flexibility for evening hours and frequent travel throughout the service area to participant homes, businesses, and worksites.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Active automobile insurance that meets agency requirements
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
