Job Summary
Provide general oversight of the Supported Employment Program, managing up to ten specialists and ensuring objectives are met. Conduct weekly supervision meetings, review client outcomes quarterly to set performance goals, and screen referrals for timely follow-through. Accompany specialists monthly into the field to observe, model, and provide feedback on job development skills. Communicate with mental health treatment team leaders to integrate services, problem solve programmatic issues, and champion the value of work. Document services in accordance with Communicare, DMH, and Medicaid regulations, submitting reports as requested. Complete required orientation, staff development, and training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Must obtain any certification as required by DMH
- Maintain certification continuously throughout employment
- CPI certified
- Ability to complete CPI training
- Complete any other training required by DMH and Communicare
- Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job as listed above
- Ability to relate positively to individuals who are served through the Supported Employment Program
- Pass a background check
- Have transportation
- Access to transportation
- Current valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Insurable driving record
