Job Summary
Supported Employment Manager for Career Services leading employment services for individuals with disabilities. Oversees supervision of Career Specialists, coordinates referrals/intakes and person-centered planning, develops staffing schedules, ensures accurate documentation, billing, and compliance with agency policies, state regulations, CARF, and HIPAA. Builds relationships with employers and community partners, supports job seekers in achieving meaningful employment outcomes, participates in meetings and program planning, and provides direct services as needed to ensure continuity of care. Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid Missouri driver’s license and insurance; experience in employment services and working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Rehabilitation Counseling, Special Education, Business, Marketing, Human Services, or a related field
- Experience in employment services, workforce development, vocational rehabilitation, or related services preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, written, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
- Valid Class E Missouri Driver’s License
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance
- Criminal history background check, I-9, and driving record review
- Ability to complete and maintain all certifications required by the agency or program assignment
