Supported Employment Contract Manager

Job Summary
Conduct vocational evaluations, interview applicants, and determine eligibility for supported employment services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Plan training, organize support groups, and place clients in gainful employment while resolving work-related difficulties and assigning simplified tasks when necessary. Manage contract compliance, maintain monthly contact with representatives, and oversee staffing for all contract crews to ensure services meet established standards. Liaise between clients, supervisors, and external agencies while providing training to contract employees and completing required bi-weekly supervision appointments.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with no more than 3 points
- Access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Proof of car insurance
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience working with adults diagnosed with varying intellectual disabilities and or developmental disabilities
- Ability to work individually as well as within a team
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with 'high-risk' consumers who have mental illnesses as well as development or intellectual disabilities as well as physical
- Strong desire to provide excellent customer service
- Desire to comply with the rules and regulations of those organizations to which we are accountable
- High ethical and professional standards of conduct
- Attitude of wanting to continuously improve their own professional performance
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with other staff and individuals served
- Ability to pass background checks and FBI fingerprinting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
