Job Summary
Assist individuals with disabilities in building job skills, crafting resumes, and preparing for interviews while coaching on workplace behaviors. Provide transportation and support during community activities, accompany individuals at job sites, and collaborate with employers to identify opportunities and ensure accommodations. Monitor progress, address challenges, and document services to maintain compliance. This part-time role requires a valid driver's license, own vehicle, and pre-hire clearances including State Police, Child Abuse, and FBI checks. Scheduling varies week to week based on client needs, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, active driver's license
- State Police Criminal Record Check
- Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI Clearance (if you have not lived in PA for the past 2 years)
- ACRE and CPR/First Aid Certification
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
