Job Summary
Build personalized job search plans for adults facing mental health challenges, highlighting their unique strengths and passions. Provide essential job coaching, skill-building, and interpersonal training to guide clients through re-entering the workforce after job loss or long-term unemployment. Maintain a guiding presence to ensure clients confidently thrive independently in the workplace. This role offers weekday community-based work flexibility with a team-based environment and bonus opportunities based on service delivery. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year or more experience working with clients in the community on job development
- An understanding and sensitivity to serving a diverse client population
- Valid Georgia Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Clean Criminal Back Ground Check (no conviction or credible evidence of abuse, neglect, or sexual exploitation-child or adult)
