Job Summary
Conduct Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services by building trusting relationships with job seekers in community settings to help them obtain and maintain competitive employment and education. Manage a dedicated caseload by completing six in-person employer contacts weekly, negotiating accommodations, and providing safe transportation for vocational activities. Deliver continuous support through pre- and post-placement meetings, developing individualized career profiles, and assisting with benefits counseling, FAFSA completion, and academic accommodations. Collaborate actively with mental health treatment teams and state vocational counselors while maintaining rigorous documentation for OOD billing and revenue targets. Maintain program outcomes including job starts and retention rates through proactive outreach and re-engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in human services, customer service, sales, or workforce development
- Valid driver's license
- Active auto insurance
- A reliable personal vehicle
- A clean driving record
