Supported Education & Employment Coordinator

Job Summary
Engage clients in individualized supported employment and education services using the Individualized Placement and Support (IPS) Model. Partner with clients to identify competitive employment and educational goals while collaborating with behavioral health treatment teams. Develop relationships with employers, educational institutions, and community partners to create opportunities matching each client's strengths. Conduct direct client engagements, employer outreach, and transportation to job interviews or school activities. Assist clients with Vocational Rehabilitation and Blind Services applications. Participate in team meetings to coordinate services and support the implementation of the IPS program. Maintain reliability through scheduled hours and required trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a similar field
- Related experience providing services to young adults with special needs, severe emotional disturbances, and/or cognitive or developmental delays
- Familiarity with social services in the Missoula community
- Accurate and efficient typist
- Experienced user of computers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google
- Strong interpersonal skills
