Support Worker - Yeppoon

Support Worker role in Yeppoon supporting clients to live safely, independently, and connected in their own homes. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene), domestic support (cleaning, laundry, meal prep), social & community engagement (outings, appointments, connection), life skills and independence support (shopping, cooking), medication and transport assistance where qualified, and respite/behavioral support. Offers flexible hours, award pay rates, ongoing training, guaranteed weekly minimum hours, and a caring, inclusive team culture. Desirable qualifications include Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher) and relevant experience; required include First Aid, CPR, a valid QLD driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and strong communication. NB: Screening and background checks including AFP check, NDIS screening, and Blue Card are required prior to commencement.
