Job Summary
Support Worker role combining client support and property management for accommodation services in Wickham, NSW. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining client rooms (cleaning, laundry, room setup), monitoring accommodation standards, handling maintenance and repairs, tenancy management and compliance, providing practical day-to-day client support, building respectful relationships, and collaborating with Case Workers to support client outcomes. Occasional travel to Swansea service may be required; strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable people are essential.
Required Qualifications
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
- A current driver’s licence
- Experience in property management, accommodation services, community housing or a similar environment
