Job Summary
Proactively connect with a 12-year-old autistic participant with PDA, ADHD, and ARFID by introducing creative activities, music, and arts projects to build rapport. Shape the session environment with gentle, structured options and use non-directive language to encourage autonomy while maintaining a calm, grounded presence for co-regulation during emotional moments. Partner on daily tasks through body doubling, support sensory-aware meal choices without pressure, and assist with community navigation and sibling conflict resolution. Provide clear Positive Behaviour Support plans and collaborate via digital channels with a dedicated team.
