Job Summary
Deliver high-quality personal care and support, including showering, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, meal preparation, and domestic tasks. Provide community-based social engagement while travelling independently between clients' homes using a mobile app to follow digital schedules and care plans. Maintain unrestricted access to a reliable vehicle for travel and work autonomously in a home care setting. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, for a permanent part-time role of 75 hours per fortnight. Applicants must live in designated Golden Bay, Singleton, Port Kennedy, and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must live in Golden Bay, Karnup, Lakelands, Madora Bay, Meadow Springs, Parklands, Port Kennedy, San Remo, Secret Harbour, Silver Sands, Singleton, Stake Hill, or Warnbro
- A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability
- Experience working in a home care/community setting
