Job Summary
Deliver high-quality personal care and support, including showering, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, meal preparation, and domestic tasks for clients in their homes. Provide community-based social support while following a predetermined schedule and using a mobile app to access digital care plans independently. Travel between clients' homes in a reliable, unrestricted vehicle, maintaining good communication skills and working autonomously in a community setting.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must live in Bertram, Calista, Casuarina, East Rockingham, Kwinana, Kwinana Beach, Kwinana Town Centre, Leda, Medina, Orelia, Parmelia, Rockingham, or Wellard
- A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability
- Experience working in a home care/community setting
